Lightweight mobile garages are highly practical and flexible storage solutions that can be easily installed at the location of your choice. A delivery and installation process, however, requires important factors to be taken into account for a smooth and successful implementation.
A szállítás 3,5 tonnás teherautóval történik, amely közel 8 méter hosszú, kb. 2,6 méter széles és rakománytól függően elérheti a 4,2-4,4 méteres magasságot is. Előre szükséges jeleznie a megrendelőnek, ha súly vagy magasság korlátozás van érvényben. A kiérkezéskor, lehetőleg az alap legtávolabbi pontjától maximum 20m-re célszerű megszervezni a teherautó leparkolását. Amennyiben nem lehetséges közelebb jutni, az elemek bejuttatását/behordását a megrendelő segítői végzik el a teherautótól az alapig, kézben és lerakás nélkül – elkerülendő az elemek sérülését. Ezekkel a kisebb méretű teherautókkal a célba jutás könnyebb, szűkebb helyeken és kanyarokban is jobban elférnek, valamint kevésbé érintettek a súlykorlátozásokkal.
The installation site must be no more than 20 metres from the point where the truck can safely stop and park for the duration of the installation. From building installation the technicians who arrive on site are not contracted to carry the items, so they cannot move them over long distances. If the distance required for installation is more than 20 metres or if the terrain makes it difficult to move (e.g. difficult terrain or strong winds), the installation can only be carried out with the assistance of the customer. The client must provide on-site personnel with suitable physical fitness, from 2 to 4 to 6 persons, depending on the distance, to carry the elements.
Our buildings are always built according to the customer's requirements, after several rounds of confirmation. It is therefore important that the customer provides accurate and realistic information about the installation site. At the latest at the time of installation, the full price of the building must be paid, even if the customer has provided false information about the installation conditions during the confirmation and the construction cannot be completed because of this.
Ensuring the right conditions for installation is essential for the successful delivery and assembly of the product. If the building assembly is not possible due to inadequate road access or access, the building manufacturer may also refuse free on-site assembly. Notwithstanding this, payment of the price of the product remains compulsory and refundable, since the manufacturer has not made any mistake and has fulfilled his part of the terms and conditions.
The technicians come directly from Poland, from our contracted manufacturing partners, with the ordered product. Our colleagues are Polish-speaking, so we provide a telephone interpreter service for all clarifications and consultations, as well as on the day of installation. The interpreter's telephone number is always provided to our customers with written confirmation of delivery, thus ensuring continuous communication during the installation. The interpreter will help you to communicate, discuss ideas and propose solutions, taking into account the circumstances. This is why it is of paramount importance to provide the contact details of the host party on site, if different from the client.
