Since we work with several manufacturing partners, we can accommodate various size requirements. Of course, there are structural limitations due to the design of the buildings, which affect load-bearing capacity and construction. Our colleagues will help you navigate the design process and find the most suitable solution for your needs.
For sample buildings displayed on our website, the current building dimensions are clearly listed in the description. If you request a custom quote, the request form includes diagrams to help you understand the building types and dimensions. If you're still unsure about the design, please contact us through one of our contact options, and our colleagues will assist you during business hours with the necessary information.
If one of the sample products on our website catches your eye, you can select the building, provide the necessary data, and then proceed to place your order. During the order form process, you have the option to modify certain parameters of the sample products and provide additional details about your preferences in the comments section. You will receive an automatic message confirming a successful order, and we will also send a confirmation email once we process your order.
If you do not receive a message after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you can't find the confirmation message there, contact us by phone.
If you want to order from us with custom parameters, choose the request a quote option on our website. On the form, you can also upload a sketch or a hand-drawn plan, which the system will send to us along with your quote request.
You can, of course, send your quote requests via email, but the form on the website makes it clearer what information we need to prepare the quote. This reduces the number of back-and-forth emails, so you can receive your quote more quickly.
We usually respond to quote requests within 1-3 business days, in the order they are received. However, very unique requests are reviewed and priced by the manufacturing center, which may take more time. Naturally, we strive to respond to all our customers as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not accept orders or quote requests over the phone, as this increases the risk of incorrect parameter and customer data entry, for which MobilGarázsBolt.hu cannot be held responsible. Therefore, customers must have an email account or an email address where communication between you and our company can be securely conducted. Written documentation ensures that everything proceeds according to the description from the quote/request to the installation and throughout the warranty period.
Important Information!
In some cases, an order may not appear correctly in our system: you receive the confirmation even though we have not recorded it. In such cases, we receive an error message and will ask you to resend the order parameters, so please provide a reliable email address and phone number where we can reach you! Unfortunately, Google-based systems may not always handle Freemail, Citromail, Yahoo, and Hotmail addresses correctly, so emails or quote requests sent from these addresses may not appear in our system. If you use such an email address, please contact us via any of our contact options after submitting your quote request so we can check if we received your message.
The dimensions we specify always refer to the external size. This way, it's possible to determine how large a foundation is needed for the product. Even considering the assembly technology and foundation quality, there may be a maximum deviation of 2-3 cm between the ordered and the actually installed building dimensions, so you can confidently plan with the parameters in your order. Internal dimensions may vary significantly depending on individual customer needs, even for two buildings that look identical from the outside. Therefore, it's advisable to understand how the framework may shape the internal space during the design phase.
STANDARD type buildings are made with galvanized frames or, in the case of reinforced versions, with closed-section galvanized frames (e.g., PREMIUM type products).
In the DELUX type, the products come with a standard closed-section galvanized frame, but on this product line, you can also request a double-coated, brown or black painted closed-section galvanized frame. For sandwich panel insulated buildings, all frame elements are galvanized.
Operating principle and advantages of an anti-condensation felt roof:
1. Absorbs most of the moisture generated by condensation on the inside of the roof, thereby greatly inhibiting water dripping in the event of large indoor-outdoor temperature fluctuations.
2. Suppress noise (rain, hail).
3. Provides additional protection against rusting. To ensure the efficient operation of the felt covering and to avoid saturation, it is important to ensure that the garage is properly ventilated.
In the case of the PRÉMIUM and DELUX quality versions, it is possible to cover the roof of the building with plywood instead of trapezoidal sheeting. In this case, galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal (without felt coating in the standard case) is first applied to the roof and then covered with plywood. The air layer between the plywood and the trapezoidal sheet is partially insulating, so it is not necessarily necessary to felt clad the trapezoidal sheet, but felt cladding is available and recommended at an extra cost.
We know that many factors must be considered before deciding on a mobile building purchase. That's why all our quotes are valid for 8 days. During this time, you can review the conditions we offer and assess your options. If you have any questions, the MobilGarázsBolt.hu team is at your disposal.
We can only accept orders based on the information filled out on the website form or sent to our email address. With orders taken by phone, we cannot ensure that all the necessary parameters for placing the order are correctly recorded in our system. Written offers and their acceptance are legally binding, giving both our customers and us the ability to refer to the communication content, ensuring clear and transparent communication for both parties.
According to the regulations effective from January 1, 2017, a permit is not required for buildings smaller than 100 cubic meters in volume and with a ridge height not exceeding 4.5m (3.5m facade height for flat-roofed buildings). However, some municipalities may override or apply the default regulation differently. Therefore, check with your local municipality for the exact local regulations, as the determination of whether a permit is required falls under the local authorities' jurisdiction. We cannot take responsibility if it turns out later that the installation of the building requires a permit, so we ask you to thoroughly research the local regulations. The current regulations can be found on the following page: What does not require a building permit
For custom-built buildings and larger product orders, the manufacturer may require a deposit to cover part of the production costs. This deposit must be transferred to a specified account based on a proforma invoice. The deposit amount is usually 50%, but this can vary. Our colleagues will provide you with official and detailed information on such payments.
You can contact us with your questions on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00. You can find our contact details here If our colleagues cannot answer the phone because they are assisting another customer, please be patient, and we will call you back.
You can, of course, email us at any time of the day, but please note that we cannot handle phone or email inquiries on public holidays, weekends, or outside customer service hours.
Naturally, the assistance provided during installation, which our interpreter handles, will be available to you throughout the delivery process.
You can track your order via email or phone, but we can only provide the delivery date once our logistics team has planned the route that includes your address.
Do you have a question? Let's talk about it!
After you confirm your order and provide us with the exact delivery address, we will send the building's specifications to the manufacturing center. You must provide the reception date with your order, indicating when you can start receiving the building at the installation site. Our logistics team will use this date as a basis for planning, and as soon as possible, your ordered building will be loaded onto the next truck heading your way.
Once our logistics team plans the delivery route that includes your order, we will contact you by phone at least 5-7 business days before installation to inform you of the delivery date, giving you a 3-5 hour window when our installers will arrive. From the given reception date, installation usually occurs within 1-4 weeks, but during peak season, we typically complete orders within 1-6 weeks. For locations far from major routes or in remote areas, the delivery time from the reception date may be extended to 1-8 weeks, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to get your ordered product to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on production capacity and order volumes. For our DELUX type buildings, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks due to custom manufacturing, and for DELUX insulated types, it can be 1-3 months.
The confirmation is always done over the phone. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that your contact information is accurately recorded when providing your personal details.
During the confirmation process, our colleague will check the parameters of the building with you once again to ensure that the product is manufactured to your specifications. A sketch of the building is often produced by the production centre and sent to you by e-mail. It is a good idea to check the details in the sketch carefully and, if possible, confirm them with us the same day - or let us know if any corrections are needed so that the production process can start as soon as possible.
During the confirmation process, contact details are verified, the address and coordinates of the installation site, payment and billing details, and our customers are given the phone number of our translator, who they can call during the installation if necessary to coordinate with the Polish installation colleagues. Finally, during the confirmation process, we will agree on the conditions for the arrival and parking of the truck and we will also ask for photographs of the foundation so that the installers can plan the installation of the building as smoothly as possible, taking into account the conditions on site. If it is not possible to ensure that the truck arrives at the installation site, that it is properly parked and that the necessary conditions for the safe assembly of the building are not available, our manufacturing partner may refuse to deliver or assemble the product. If during the confirmation we receive false information that is not true and the installation is cancelled due to the Customer's fault, the manufacturing and service costs will be invoiced.
If you are unavailable during the installation, we will try to contact you by e-mail. As we work with groupage deliveries and deliveries on the route are closely spaced, we can wait up to 1 hour if we are unable to contact you using any of the contact details you have provided. In this case, we may charge a penalty and a cancellation fee, and we will only be able to deliver your order on the next scheduled route to that region, subject to an additional delivery fee.
You are also responsible for ensuring safe and adequate parking for the truck during the installation. If these conditions are not met, we can only undertake the delivery if you provide for the transfer of the elements on the unsuitable road section, e.g., with your own smaller truck, onto which the building elements can be transferred without damage. Since this requires more time than the average installation time, we can only undertake the transfer-related delivery for an additional fee (standby fee). If parking is not near the installation site, you must provide a person to supervise the truck during the installation. In such a case, please contact us before delivery to organize this in time.
Ensuring the proper conditions for installation is essential for the successful assembly of the product. If these conditions are not met, the manufacturing center may refuse to deliver to the site. Since our buildings are always manufactured according to the customer's needs, after multiple confirmations, the customer must pay for the building after production, even if false information is provided during confirmation and the installation fails.
To ensure the precise, safe, and properly executed delivery and assembly of the building/structure, our installers will arrive directly from the Polish manufacturing center with the ordered product. The colleagues are Polish-speaking, so we provide you with phone interpretation for any clarifications and discussions. The interpreter's phone number is always provided to our customers during delivery confirmation.
In the case of the cost-effective STENDERD and PRÉMIUM versions, the removal of the foil and the cleaning up of screws, foils, rivets, and residues of raw materials used during assembly can be done after the assembly is completed and must be done by you. For more useful advice on removing the foil, see the "After installation" section.
For the more valuable and higher-quality DELUX finish, the price includes the removal of the foil and the clean-up of the site. Of course, despite the best efforts, there may still be some materials left over from minor installations.
You must provide the reception date when placing your order, indicating the date from which you can receive the ordered building at the installation site.
From the specified reception date, installation usually occurs within 1-4 weeks, but during peak season, we typically complete orders within 1-6 weeks. For our DELUX type buildings, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks due to custom manufacturing, and for DELUX insulated types, it can be 1-3 months. Therefore, if a date is provided when the site is not yet ready to receive the building, and the building is placed on a route where we could deliver it within a week, but you cannot receive our colleagues, it causes many complications for our logistics team during planning. Please provide a date responsibly, from which even the next day, the building can be installed on-site. Thank you!
Delivery and assembly on-site occur on weekdays (and sometimes on Saturdays) between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM at the latest. The delivery times for the buildings on the route are planned and determined by our logistics team at the manufacturing center. The positions are closely linked, so unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individual requests. Our company operates with group deliveries, which means that installations always cover a specific region, and our colleagues often assemble 15-25 buildings on a single route. This is how we can offer very favorable prices to our customers; otherwise, individual installations would significantly increase organizational and execution costs. We can notify our customers at least 5-7 business days before installation. Unfortunately, during delivery, it may happen that the installers arrive several hours later than planned, for example, in case of a technical problem. If the original delivery time is in the evening, the delay may be such that the installation can only begin the next morning. Of course, as soon as we have such information, we will notify all customers on the route. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by reasons beyond our control.
Once you have ordered the building, our logistics team will put it on a route as soon as possible. In this case, we will contact you at least 5-7 business days before delivery to inform you of the exact installation date and provide you with a 3-5 hour window when our installers are expected to arrive at your location to assemble the building.
After placing the order, if you know that access to the installation site requires a permit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our colleagues will ask during route confirmation if any official documents are required for access, but it is your responsibility to check this. Access permits can be requested from local municipalities with the truck's registration certificate, which we can send you via email if needed. The cost of obtaining an access permit is always the buyer's responsibility. In Budapest, we handle the administrative process, but the cost of the document is also borne by the customer. We cannot conduct the administrative process outside Budapest. If you do not obtain the necessary document and the authorities impose a fine, you must pay the full amount.
If the customer fails to meet the conditions for successful delivery and installation, our manufacturing partner's installation team must return the product to the manufacturing centre. In most cases, installation can only be attempted again after 4-8 weeks. Importantly, a daily storage fee and a redelivery fee to cover the cost of the failed delivery will be charged in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Since our buildings are always manufactured according to the customer's needs after multiple confirmations, the customer must pay for the building after production, even if they no longer require the product or are responsible for the failed installation. This means that the next delivery can only be arranged if the customer transfers the full price of the building and the failure fee to the account specified by the manufacturer.
Although we always strive to ensure that buildings reach customers in the best possible condition, there is a risk that aesthetic damage may occur during multiple deliveries and the exceptional repacking before storage, for which neither we nor the manufacturing center can provide a warranty.
The roof structure of STANDARD type buildings is made of galvanized closed-section or G-profiles (which also reinforce the doors and thresholds), while the rest is made of L- and C-profiles. Of course, in the STANDARD type, the main part of the framework can be made of closed-section profiles (the PREMIUM type buildings are always made with this framework), with other types of profiles (L-, C-, G-profiles) used only where necessary for easier and more accurate assembly.
In our DELUX type buildings, the entire framework is made of galvanized closed-section profiles as standard. In this case, however, the framework can be painted for an additional fee (with a base coat and a second brown or black topcoat).
You can find more information about the frameworks here: FRAMEWORK PARAMETERS
The walls of our lightweight buildings are made of T7 trapezoidal sheets. For the roof, we use T12 or T14 trapezoidal sheets, depending on the version. If you want a tile sheet roof covering on our DELUX type buildings, trapezoidal sheets will also be used under the elements. The trapezoidal elements used in manufacturing are exclusively Class I.
You can find more information about the sheet metal cladding here: TRAPEZOIDAL SHEET PARAMETERS
The sheet metal of the walls and doors/windows is riveted to the structure during manufacturing, while our installers secure the roof sheets in place with self-tapping screws at the installation site.
The garages, storage units, etc., we install are not hermetically sealed structures. Since our products are mostly metal structures covered with sheet metal and installed outdoors, it is essential to consider the external environmental factors that affect the building. These include, for example, water vapor condensing on the internal walls or roof due to temperature fluctuations, or water stains and leaks between the concrete foundation and the building's base due to precipitation, depending on the slope and design of the foundation. Ensuring proper ventilation and insulation is always the client's responsibility. Therefore, our buildings are not suitable for human habitation or for storing items sensitive to temperature fluctuations or moisture. MobilGarázsBolt.hu does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by careless or poorly planned storage.
We offer an extended 2-year warranty on all installed buildings for private individuals, which is 1 year for orders placed by companies. The warranty covers welds, rivets, gate motor components, moving parts, wall cladding, the quality of the framework material, and additional parts/products used in the building.
The warranty does not cover minor scratches from transportation or small damages that do not affect the durability of the sheet metal cladding. These are inevitable in mass production and group deliveries. By manufacturing and delivering products this way, we can offer our customers the best possible value for money. As a result, it is unfortunately not possible to guarantee that the ordered building will always be delivered without any damage. However, if the building arrives with significant damage, we will repair or replace the damaged part(s) under warranty.
The galvanization or paintwork of the framework may suffer slight damage during transportation and repacking, which is not covered by the warranty. If the building is ordered with a painted framework instead of a galvanized one, it is recommended to treat the framework with an additional topcoat soon after installation to prevent early corrosion and preserve the steel's quality.
After the garage is installed, you must remove the protective film from the building. If the protective film remains on the building, it can damage the paint layer depending on the weather conditions, and it will become increasingly difficult to remove over time. We ask you to remove the film immediately after installation in very hot weather because if it stays on the sheet metal for too long, it will stick so strongly that it can only be removed in small pieces. In winter, the adhesive hardens and remains on the sheet metal surface, making it much harder to remove the film during the winter months. In such cases, it is advisable to wait until the temperature reaches at least 5 degrees Celsius.
During manufacturing, cutting trapezoidal sheets and riveting them generate metal shavings, which cannot be completely removed from the factory despite our best efforts. These metal shavings often stick to the trapezoidal sheets in barely visible ways, leading to rust spots on the sheet metal surface later when they come into contact with precipitation. In most cases, these can be removed with a warm, wet cloth. Since it only becomes apparent that the mentioned shavings remained on the sheet metal after installation when corrosion begins, it is your responsibility to wipe off and remove the rust spots. We ask you to do this as soon as possible to prevent damage to the sheet metal cladding.
Proper preparation of the foundation is crucial for smooth installation. You can find more information about this on our website under Information/Articles.
If the available foundation is not level, the installers will be forced to support the building at the necessary points to complete the assembly successfully, ensuring that the building is left not only assembled but also usable after the installation. In the case of an improper foundation, proper adjustment and operation of doors/windows can only be achieved through supports and leveling. Therefore, height correction is necessary in such cases. If this happens during installation, it is essential that you promptly fix the foundation. In such work, you must take extra care to maintain the adjusted height of the building to ensure the proper functioning of the doors/windows. Without a proper foundation, we cannot guarantee the building's normal use or operation, and full responsibility will rest with you.
The warranty on the anchoring can only be claimed if our installers do it. If you do the anchoring, you can only claim the warranty on the garage structure. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints about improper anchoring and cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage resulting from it. In such cases, warranty repairs are not available, except for a service fee. If we anchor the building on an improperly prepared foundation at your request and responsibility, we cannot provide a warranty for it due to the improper foundation, even though we carried out the building's anchoring.
Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters: snowfall of more than 10 cm, Beaufort scale winds of gale force or more, hail - these are all factors for which we cannot guarantee the building. Snowfall of more than 10cm does not mean that the building will collapse, but as it is a lightweight building, do not subject the building to the weight or load of a snowfall layer of more than 10cm.
For warranty repairs, you should expect a similar time as for deliveries. On average, warranty repairs for the STENDERD and PRÉMIUM finishes take 1-6 weeks, for the DELUX finish 4-8 weeks and for the DELUX insulated finish 1-3 months. Warranty repairs are therefore carried out on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays, between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., as for installations. The times are determined by the logistics team at the production centre. They may be subject to slight modifications on the route, of which you will be informed in any case. If you are not able to meet our technicians at the time specified and agreed, please be aware that it will take on average the same time to reschedule a new appointment as the original appointment. As appointments are closely scheduled, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate individual requests. We will not reimburse the cost of modifications/repairs made by other manufacturers or specialists unless they have been authorised in advance by our manufacturing partner and you have been informed of this.
Our manufacturing partners may occasionally offer discounted products. These buildings are sold during a promotional period or while supplies last. The reason for the discount could be a general, seasonal promotion (summer sale, winter sale, most popular product, etc.) or a special promotion (clearance sale, damaged product, or demo product, etc.). During general, seasonal promotions, only first-class buildings are available for order. During special promotions, second-class buildings are sold. This means that second-class products may have quality deviations (surface treatment deficiencies, larger-than-usual scratches, dents on some construction elements, sheets, etc.). However, in terms of function, they perform their duties just as well as first-class buildings. As a result, second-class buildings are considered value-reduced products, so the manufacturer may set different warranty conditions than those generally published for first-class buildings. We detail the changed conditions to our customers in our email and phone communication before ordering, and we also draw the attention of interested parties to this change in our promotional ads and posts.
Payment of the purchase price of the Products may be made by cash or bank transfer. Cash payment is only possible in person at our office, at a pre-arranged time, before the start of production. The final payment for the delivery can only be made by bank transfer.
You can pay the purchase price according to the following payment schedule:
Our prices are gross prices and include VAT 27%.
You can collect the documentation related to the building on-site.
Yes, we always provide you with the final and complete price of the building. We do not work with hidden costs. This may only differ if there is no response to the quote we sent within 8 days, if you later decide to add extras to the building, or if the shipping and installation conditions you previously provided do not match the reality.
It is your responsibility to prepare the receiving area for the building. This includes creating the proper foundation, and it is essential to provide accurate information to our colleagues about the installation site when coordinating delivery details.
You must provide valid contact information so that we can reach you for any clarifications.
If the information and contact details provided are inaccurate, we cannot take responsibility for incomplete or faulty service delivery.
A proper concrete foundation is necessary for the mobile garage and other lightweight structures we offer so that our installers can assemble the buildings in the best possible way. Even minimal unevenness in the foundation can cause noticeable discrepancies during garage installation, affecting the assembly quality. Nevertheless, we will set up the ordered building wherever you want. Of course, there are some criteria that the installation site must meet, which is why the manufacturing center requests photos of the site before every delivery. We have installed on concrete slabs, grass, or even bare ground. There have been instances where the corners were supported with bricks, paving slabs, or cobblestones, but these are NOT SUITABLE materials for the safe and durable anchoring of buildings, which is why we only assemble the building on such foundations at your exclusive responsibility. In such cases, we cannot undertake the anchoring of the building; you must do it yourself, and we cannot take responsibility for any resulting damages.
The most suitable foundation is a full concrete base or concrete strip, but concrete blocks placed at the anchoring points are also suitable. It is very important that every building must be anchored to the foundation immediately after assembly; otherwise, the manufacturing center does not provide a warranty for the building. Naturally, different criteria apply to each foundation type, for which you can find detailed guidance in our "Preparing the right foundation" titled article.
Regarding the concrete foundation, it is always advisable to consult with a mason or other competent professional, but generally, a 12-15cm thick reinforced concrete is sufficient for a full foundation, as the foundation's thickness is more relevant to the items stored in the garage than the lightweight structure itself.
If you are creating a strip foundation, the recommended width is at least 30 cm, and the depth is generally 40-50 cm.
In the case of concrete blocks or concrete cubes, we request the placement of 40×40 cm surface elements extending to at least 50 cm in depth or 30×30 cm surface elements extending to at least 60 cm in depth at the predetermined anchoring points.
For the latter two options, it is advisable to consult a professional to determine the ideal depth for concreting, as the soil quality at the given location can greatly influence this, and the frost line can vary depending on the geographical location.
The foundation should always be designed so that the specified plane is level and the diagonals are consistent. We recommend that the foundation extend at least 10 cm beyond the lines of the mobile garage or lightweight building's walls in all directions to provide enough support for the anchors and ensure the building can be properly positioned.
If the building is intended for a vehicle, we strongly recommend that you always concrete under the frame or threshold at the planned entrance to prevent deformation of the structure later on, as the mentioned parts will bend and deform over time due to the weight without support.
For STANDARD and PREMIUM type buildings, our installers usually bring a power generator, so there is no need to provide an electrical outlet. This is important because we also assemble in the evening hours, allowing the colleagues to work with their lighting. However, if you ordered a gate motor, you need to prepare the power supply for the device's installation. In any case, please prepare thoroughly for the installation and, if possible, provide adequate power supply on-site for our installers.
For our DELUX type buildings, the installers arrive in smaller trucks, so they cannot accommodate an additional power generator on the vehicle. Please always ensure adequate power supply for these deliveries.
Yes, the mobile garage or lightweight building is assembled from pre-made elements that we can put together on-site, depending on the version, in 30-60 minutes. The average assembly times for the different versions are: standard 30-60 minutes, premium 1-2 hours, deluxe 2-4 hours, deluxe insulated 4-12 hours. In most cases (insulated versions are not recommended due to the joints), the structure can be disassembled later, and the elements can easily be relocated to another site.
In some cases, this relocation can even be done without disassembly if a few "strong men" are available, as a 3x5m garage with a double-leaf gate weighs about 280kg, making it easy to move. The customer is fully responsible for any structural deformations or damages that occur during the relocation.
All buildings are delivered flat-packed to the installation site, and to avoid possible damage during transport, the sheets are covered with a self-adhesive protective film. After assembling the building, you must remove this film from the surface of the sheets. This includes the sidewall sheets, doors, gates, and roof sheets. Due to time constraints, the installers are unable to remove the film. The reason is that during one delivery, they assemble 8-10 buildings daily to ensure the efficiency of the group delivery, thereby providing you with a very favorable price-performance ratio. By placing the order, you agree to remove the protective films yourself shortly after the installation.
After the installers have delivered and installed the selected building at your location, they will hand over the documentation related to the order, including the warranty certificate.
To validate the warranty, you will need the warranty certificate, the brand plate/sticker affixed to the building, and the invoice, or in the absence of an invoice, the payment receipt issued on-site. With these in hand, you can only submit your warranty claim via email, attaching appropriate pictures and, if necessary, video documentation. We will forward this in the proper format to the manufacturing center, which will review and assess the case. We will contact you as soon as possible with the received response for further discussion. The brand plate is part of the building, and its removal results in automatic warranty loss.
