We offer an extended 2-year warranty on all installed buildings for private individuals, which is 1 year for orders placed by companies. The warranty covers welds, rivets, gate motor components, moving parts, wall cladding, the quality of the framework material, and additional parts/products used in the building.
MINOR INJURIES
The warranty does not cover minor scratches from transportation or small damages that do not affect the durability of the sheet metal cladding. These are inevitable in mass production and group deliveries. By manufacturing and delivering products this way, we can offer our customers the best possible value for money. As a result, it is unfortunately not possible to guarantee that the ordered building will always be delivered without any damage. However, if the building arrives with significant damage, we will repair or replace the damaged part(s) under warranty.
LOCATION
The galvanization or paintwork of the framework may suffer slight damage during transportation and repacking, which is not covered by the warranty. If the building is ordered with a painted framework instead of a galvanized one, it is recommended to treat the framework with an additional topcoat soon after installation to prevent early corrosion and preserve the steel's quality.
FOOD FOR FOOD
After the garage is installed, you must remove the protective film from the building. If the protective film remains on the building, it can damage the paint layer depending on the weather conditions, and it will become increasingly difficult to remove over time. We ask you to remove the film immediately after installation in very hot weather because if it stays on the sheet metal for too long, it will stick so strongly that it can only be removed in small pieces. In winter, the adhesive hardens and remains on the sheet metal surface, making it much harder to remove the film during the winter months. In such cases, it is advisable to wait until the temperature reaches at least 5 degrees Celsius.
FOR MEN
During manufacturing, cutting trapezoidal sheets and riveting them generate metal shavings, which cannot be completely removed from the factory despite our best efforts. These metal shavings often stick to the trapezoidal sheets in barely visible ways, leading to rust spots on the sheet metal surface later when they come into contact with precipitation. In most cases, these can be removed with a warm, wet cloth. Since it only becomes apparent that the mentioned shavings remained on the sheet metal after installation when corrosion begins, it is your responsibility to wipe off and remove the rust spots. We ask you to do this as soon as possible to prevent damage to the sheet metal cladding.
PREPARATION OF THE FUND
A megfelelően elkészített alap feltétele a gördülékeny telepítésnek. Ennek kapcsán a weboldalunkon a Tudnivalók/Cikkek között találsz további információkat.
If the available base is not horizontal, the installers are forced to support the building at the necessary points to ensure that the assembly can be carried out successfully and the building can be left on site not only assembled but also in a usable condition after assembly. In the case of an inadequate base, the correct adjustment and functioning of the windows and doors can only be achieved by means of supports and levelling. In this case, a height correction is therefore necessary. If this is done during the installation, it is important that you then tidy up the base as soon as possible. During this type of work, you must take great care to maintain the set height of the building and to ensure that it does not move, thus ensuring that the windows and doors function properly. In the absence of a suitable foundation, we cannot guarantee the normal use and operation of the building, in which case you assume full responsibility.
BUILDING FIXING
We can only guarantee the fixing if it is carried out by our fitters. If the fixing is carried out by you, you will only be able to claim the warranty on the garage structure. Complaints arising from incorrect fixing are, understandably, unfortunately not accepted and we cannot accept liability for any subsequent damage arising from this. In such cases, warranty repairs cannot be requested, except for a delivery charge. If the fixing is carried out by us, but on an inadequately prepared base, at your own request and at your own risk, in which case, although we have carried out the fixing of the building, we cannot guarantee it because of the inadequate base.
EXTREME WEATHER
Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters: Snowfall exceeding 10 cm, strong or stormy winds according to the Beaufort scale, or even stronger winds, hail – these are all factors for which we cannot provide a warranty for the building. Snowfall exceeding 10 cm does not mean that the building will collapse, but since it is a lightweight structure, it is not advisable to subject the building to the prolonged weight of a snow layer higher than 10 cm.
TIME OF TRAVEL
As with our deliveries, warranty repairs typically take 1-6 weeks for our colleagues to visit your site. We do not cover the costs of modifications/repairs carried out by other manufacturers/experts unless the manufacturer has given prior authorization and we have informed you about this.
CLASS 1 PRODUCTS
Our manufacturing partners may occasionally offer discounted products. These buildings are sold during a promotional period or while supplies last. The reason for the discount could be a general, seasonal promotion (summer sale, winter sale, most popular product, etc.) or a special promotion (clearance sale, damaged product, or demo product, etc.). During general, seasonal promotions, only first-class buildings are available for order. During special promotions, second-class buildings are sold. This means that second-class products may have quality deviations (surface treatment deficiencies, larger-than-usual scratches, dents on some construction elements, sheets, etc.). However, in terms of function, they perform their duties just as well as first-class buildings. As a result, second-class buildings are considered value-reduced products, so the manufacturer may set different warranty conditions than those generally published for first-class buildings. We detail the changed conditions to our customers in our email and phone communication before ordering, and we also draw the attention of interested parties to this change in our promotional ads and posts.
